ALL YOU NEED:
12 cups Milk2 cups rice (soak for an hour or not)
Please feel free to change the portion size if you r making a smaller or a bigger batch.
1 can Condense milk (16 oz)
Sweetener can be substituted with jaggery or sugar.
Peeled and soaked Almonds
Raisins, cashews for garnish
METHOD:
Add Soaked rice in the IP in saute mode for a minute and roast it. Add milk and close the lid.Setting: Porridge for 40 minutes.
Release steam naturally.
Open the lid and add the condense milk/ sweetener you are using.
Add nuts to garnish and extra flavor. Best served when chill.
P.S. it will get a bit thicker in consistency when cold.
