Paneer

It's really simple to make Paneer at home and enjoy the softness (which you won't get in the market in US)

All You Need:

1 ltr Whole cream Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice

METHOD:

In a pan bring the milk to boil...

Add lemon juice to t as soon as it boils...

When you'll add the lemon juice the water and the milk will start to separate from each other...

Lower the heat and keep boiling it it'll look something like this...

Water and Paneer

Keep boiling it till paneer forms a different layer then strain it..

Take a clean cloth (any fresh kitchen cloth) and transfer the paneer in it...

Wrap the paneer in the cloth and drain all the water from it...

Squeeze all the extra water from it be careful it'll be super hot... put the cloth (with paneer in it) on a plate and add some weight on the top of it (I used my super heavy plate :P). This process is just to shape the paneer. If you want you can skip it...

Keep it for half an hour to an hour and then cut them in desired shape...:D (I did cubes)

Refrigerate them for 1-2 hrs before you cook them...:D

I know they don't have the perfect shape but they taste yummm...:D
