Chili Chicken (10/12/12)

This is one of the quickest and yummiest Chicken you can make in no time ;)


Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts Boneless
1 tsp Olive oil
1 thickly sliced onion
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
1 green bell pepper (thickly sliced)
1 chopped Green chili
1 tsp Soy sauce (Easily available in any Indian store)
2 tsp Plain Vinegar
1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt & Pepper

Method:

In a pan heat oil and add chicken pieces to it until its cooked properly. :) take the chicken out in another plate when done.




In the same pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, garlic paste, ginger paste & onions to it, stir it for 2-3 min or until little brown (don't let them caramelized)


Add Bell peppers (you can use red and yellow bell peppers as well to make it a little colorful)


Cook them for not more than 2 mins and add the chicken you cooked before...


Now, add all the seasonings..:) i.e. Vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder, green chili, tomato ketchup and salt & pepper...:) let it bubble for another 2-3 mins and Njoiii..:) 





Best when eaten with hot Chapatis (Indian Naan)...:)
