All You Need:
Okra chopped in desired shape1 Sliced onion
1 1/2 chopped tomato
1/2 tsp Garam Masala (optional)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 green chillies sliced or chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seed
METHOD:
In a pan add 2 tsp oil and cumin seeds and cook onions until brown...:)Add tomatoes, cover it with a lid, cook until the tomatoes are soggy and then mix everything together...
Add green chillies.
Now i take this masala out in a bowl and add a bit of oil again and cook okra for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the masala afterwards and mix it together...
Also add salt, garam masala & red chili powder and keep cooking until okra is fully cooked, do not close it with a lid, it'll make it lacy.
Enjoy it with Chapati...:D
NOTE: If you're using fresh Okra, wash it and pat it dry really good before cutting it....
