Golgappa Chaat

Two words Easy and Delicious...:D

ALL YOU NEED:

10-15 Gol Gappe (depending on how many you wanna eat)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 green chili (optional)
Tamarind Chutney
Chopped Cilantro for garnishing
Aloo Bhujiya (optional, It just gives an extra crunchy and spicy taste so I love it)
1 1/2 cup Curd (plain Yogurt)
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp or some sprinkles of roasted cumin powder

METHOD:

In a bowl take the yogurt and add cumin powder and sugar...:D
Keep it aside until needed...:D

Place all the Gol gappe you want on a plate and with the help of your thumb pierce a whole in the center (careful they are super sensitive..:P)

Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, & green chilies inside the Gol Gappa and throw some extra here and there...:D

Now add the tamarind chutney inside and here and there...:D

Sprinkle some Aloo bhujiya on top and start filling the yogurt you prepared above
Make sure you do everything pretty fast after adding yogurt else it'll get soggy and won't taste that good...

Add Bhujiya & Tamarind chutney on top again and garnish with Cilantro

NOTE: Consume them asap because after filling the yogurt in it won't remain that crunchy..:D
