Nothing like a chilled glass of Aam Panna in this brutal summer... The best part it's really simple...;)
So here's what you have to do...:)
This recipe will make about 8-10 glasses...:D
ALL YOU NEED:
3-4 Raw Mangos (depending on how much you wanna make)
Handfull/ 1 cup Mint leaves
1 tiny piece of Ginger
1 or 1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
1-2 tsp grounded cumin seeds
1 Lemon (optional)
METHOD:
Roast the Mangos... You can also boil them but roasted mangoes taste better...;)
Roast all the sides or until it's soggy and squeeze...:D
Take them off on a plate and peel the skin...;)
Discard the Mango seed...
Put the rest in a Grinder...
Also add Mint leaves
Cumin powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon, salt, sugar... Added 1/2 cup sugar here and then adjusted according to my taste...:D
Close the lid...
Grind everything really nice...;)
Taste it a bit if it's sweet and sour then it's perfect if not adjust by adding sugar, salt... The mangoes I used weren't sour so I also added a lemon...:D
This is the concentrate of Aam Panna...
Take a glass add 2-3 tsp of the concentrate and add water...:D
There you go u can add ice cubes, I actually used Chilled water...;)
I transfered the rest of the concentrate in a jug and added water...:D So that I can drink whenever I want..:D
