Minestrone soup with chicken Instant Pot

This is my version of minestrone soup not the Italian version:)

ALL YOU NEED:

2 chicken Breasts
1/2 cup soaked Kidney beans
1/2 cup soaked Black eyed peas
9 cups Chicken broth/veg broth/water
1 Carrots chopped
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup tomatoes chopped
1 cup broccoli
2 stalks Celery chopped
1 zuchhini chopped
Lemon juice
Thyme
Parsley
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
1 tbsp Garlic paste
Pasta 1 cup (not boiled)

METHOD:

Heat oil in IP, add ginger and garlic paste...
Dump all the veggies in the Pot with chicken broth, beans and seasonings...
Set the IP on soup mode for 30 mins :)
You can wait or do a quick release...

Ready to be served hot :)
