This is my version of minestrone soup not the Italian version:)
1/2 cup soaked Kidney beans
1/2 cup soaked Black eyed peas
9 cups Chicken broth/veg broth/water
1 Carrots chopped
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup tomatoes chopped
1 cup broccoli
2 stalks Celery chopped
1 zuchhini chopped
Lemon juice
Thyme
Parsley
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
1 tbsp Garlic paste
Pasta 1 cup (not boiled)
Dump all the veggies in the Pot with chicken broth, beans and seasonings...
Set the IP on soup mode for 30 mins :)
You can wait or do a quick release...
Ready to be served hot :)

METHOD:
Heat oil in IP, add ginger and garlic paste...Dump all the veggies in the Pot with chicken broth, beans and seasonings...
