Mint chutney with Pomegranate

Mint chutney is a sider with your food...:D Being Indian I've learned not to eat my food without sliced Onions with lemon and Chutney is another thing to go with your food...:D As my dad says "Where are my Food accessories?" lol
So here it goes...:D

All You Need:

1 cup Mint leaves
2 cups Coriander Leaves
1 onion
7 green Chilies (you can use less depending on how hot you want)
4 tsp Mango powder (Aamchur)
1 cup Pomegranate seeds
1 tsp Red chili powder
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

METHOD:

Grind all these ingredients in a grinder with little bit of water (4-5 tsp) and your Chutney is ready...


Make changes according to your taste (how spicy & sour you you want it to be)

It should be little tangy little spicy and amazing to eat with any kind of Indian recipe..:D
