ALL YOU NEED:
2 cups makhane/lotus seeds6 to 8 cups milk
1 cup Sugar/or any other sweetener you want to use
3 green cardamoms
Mixed nuts like almonds, raisins
1 tbsp ghee
METHOD:
Heat ghee in a deep pan and roast makhane on low flame.Take them out when roasted and grind them don't make a powder keep them unevenly grounded.
Add the grounded Makhane and sugar and stir it...
Add the nuts... I only used pumpkin seeds but you can use any... let it boil with occasional stirring for 7-10mins and its ready to be served hot or cold...:)
Keep it in the fridge to eat it cold... its delicious..:)
