ALL YOU NEED:
2 cups sabudana(Tapioca) soaked over night
1 tbsp Ginger grated
1 medium potato chopped in cubes
Paneer chopped in cube
Half cup peanuts
Cooking oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder(optional)
2 -3 curry leaves
Salt to taste (rock salt)
Green chili chopped
Juice from 1 lemon
Cilantro chopped for garnish
Wash and drain the dipped tapioca...
Add cilantro to garnish and enjoy...:)

METHOD:
Dry roast peanuts and keep them aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed and curry leaves and cook potatoes until golden brown...Wash and drain the dipped tapioca...
Also cook the paneer until brown...
Add the sabudana/tapioca to the potato. Paneer and peanut mixture. Add salt, red chili powder, grated ginger,lemon juice. Mix it well...
Add cilantro to garnish and enjoy...:)
