Back from a long vacation to Hawaii and loved every bit of it...Will update the details pretty soon if anyone needs to book a nice condo...
Anyways, Today I'll be making Chicken Kofta but if you're vegetarian u can make vegetarian koftas instead of Chicken...
I've experimented with the curry and it came out to be perfect.. The typical Indian spicy taste as we all like...:D
Add Milk to the puree and keep stirring it until it starts boiling...
I got the precooked Chicken meatball so making them wasn't a big job for me... If ur a vegetarian you can use all the veggies you want to make a kofta (veggie ball)...;)
Add the meatballs to it...

1 Chopped Onion
1 cup Tomato puree
Garlic and ginger paste(1 tsp each)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp butter/ ghee
1 Bay leaf
2 green cardamon
1 black cardamon
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 red dried chili
For Masala:
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp corriander powder
1/2 tsp dry mint if you have fresh leaves that'll work too (optional)
1/2 tsp Pepper
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Heat butter in a pan and add bay leaf, red chili...
Add onions, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, green & black cardamon, let the onions cook until brown
Add the masala and cook for few second else they'll burn...
Add tomato puree immediately, cook until the puree starts popping....
Add Milk to the puree and keep stirring it until it starts boiling...
I got the precooked Chicken meatball so making them wasn't a big job for me... If ur a vegetarian you can use all the veggies you want to make a kofta (veggie ball)...;)
Add the meatballs to it...
Also add a little more salt if required and dry mint (optional)
Mix well and close the lid and let it set for another 7-10 min...
Ready to be served with Rice / Naan...
