Besan Ke Ladoo

My brother loves Besan ke ladoo I wish I could make him these every other day..:)

The recipe I referred for the quantity had a little too much ghee for me but here i'll be writing the right amount to use (although I used more) So it depends on you if you want more/less ghee in ur ladoos..:D


ALL YOU NEED:

2 Cups Besan/ gram flour/ chickpea flour
1/2 cup Ghee/ unsalted butter
1 cup Sugar
Chopped Almonds or any other nuts u want
1 tsp nutmeg powder or green cardamom powder

METHOD:

Add ghee in the pan

Soon add besan to it don't wait for the ghee to boil..


Now all you need to do is roast the besan/ gram flour...


This process will take minimum of 20 min... There will be a sweet smell in the whole house when Besan will start roasting so just notice that...:D


 Stir in the nutmeg powder/ cardamom powder...


Chop some almonds and stir them in..:D You can also see the color change it has turned a little brownish...

After it's roasted take it out on a Plate and let it cool down for 15-20 min...


Then add Powder sugar...


 It'll be difficult to mix it in the plate so I shifted it in a bowl and mixed it really nice...:D
Just be careful it'll still be hot...:D


Now take a small portion of the mixture and form it into a round shape...


Mine are not perfect but it'll work..:P
Ready to be served...:D


This recipe made 14-15 Ladoos :D
