ALL YOU NEED:
2 cups Kundru/parval
1 big onion
3 tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 green chili
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
METHOD:
Slice kundru into 4 halves slitting from the center and wash it thoroughly...
Heat oil, add cumin seeds and onions....
Stir in Kundru and fry it...
Add Salt...
Cover it and let it cook until soggy...
I added tomatoes I used tomato puree but you can add 3 chopped tomatoes, cover with a lid...
Mix well and add garam masala, green chilies, red chili powder...:D
Stir well, cook for 5-7 min and it's ready to be served...:D
