Chicken Broth

Chicken Broth is pretty simple to make and you can store it for further use too...;)

Chop the veggies you want such as celery, carrots, onions, green bell peppers etc into big chunks...


Add it into a Pot with Chicken ( If you have chicken with bone please use it)


Add as much as water and let it boil for an hour or 2...


Add coriander, black pepper and salt...


After boiling it for and hour strain the broth...:)



You can either discard the veggies as it won't have much flavor now or sprinkle salt and pepper and eat them..:D Boiled Veggies are always good for health...:D
Ready to be used in any soup....:D
