All You Need:
2 chicken breast cut into small pieces2 tsp Green thai curry paste
1 1/2 cup Coconut milk/ fresh coconut grinded into a paste with milk and water
Salt to taste
Different veggies you want I used
JalapeƱos, green bell pepper, onions, spring onions, carrots etc..
1 chopped green chili
1 cup chicken broth/ water
4 tsp Oil
METHOD:
Heat 2 tsp oil and stir in chicken until cooked and then keep them side on a plate...Cut all your veggies...:D
Sprinkle some salt and red chili powder (optional)
Stir in the chicken...
Add the thai curry paste...
Mix well...:D
You can simply use coconut milk which is available at any store near you but i personally used fresh coconut & grinded it with milk and water to form a waterly paste...
Add it to the chicken and cover it for 2-3 mins...
Add chicken broth/ water and let it come to a boil....
It's ready to be served with boiled rice..:D
