Green Thai curry with chicken


All You Need:

2 chicken breast cut into small pieces
2 tsp Green thai curry paste
1 1/2 cup Coconut milk/ fresh coconut grinded into a paste with milk and water
Salt to taste
Different veggies you want I used
JalapeƱos, green bell pepper, onions, spring onions, carrots etc..
1 chopped green chili
1 cup chicken broth/ water
4 tsp Oil

METHOD:

Heat 2 tsp oil and stir in chicken until cooked and then keep them side on a plate...


Cut all your veggies...:D


In the same pan heat 2 tsp oil and stir in all the veggies cook for few mins...


Sprinkle some salt and red chili powder (optional)


Stir in the chicken...


Add the thai curry paste...

 Mix well...:D


You can simply use coconut milk which is available at any store near you but i personally used fresh coconut & grinded it with milk and water to form a waterly paste...
Add it to the chicken and cover it for 2-3 mins...


Add chicken broth/ water and let it come to a boil....


It's ready to be served with boiled rice..:D
