Chicken Liver

                  

ALL YOU NEED:

1 box Liver (Walmart, Reasors etc)
1 Onion sliced
2 tomatoes chopped or puree 
1 Green chili
3 cloves of chopped Garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Cilantro to Garnish
2 tsp oil

METHOD:

Wash the liver by adding water in a bowl with gentle hand...

Heat oil in a pan and stir in onions, cook until translucent and then add liver and cover it for 4-5 mins...

Once the liver is cooked add tomatoes on a side and again cover it...

Mix well when soggy and add the seasonings (salt, chili powder & Garam Masala)


Stir in Chopped Garlic & Green chilies...:D


Wait for the water to evaporate until it turns into thick Masala (paste)


It's ready to be served...Enjoy it with Roti...:D
