Clear Chicken soup

Ready in minutes and super healthy..:D

All You Need:

3 chicken breasts
2 tsp soya sauce
5 tsp vinegar
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
Salt & Pepper
Freshly chopped cilantro

METHOD:

In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients with water 10-12 cups or more if you want...


Close the lid and let it cook (3 whistles) or until the chicken is properly cooked...:D



Take out the chicken pieces and shred them with a help of a knife (careful it'll be super hot)



Add it back to the pot and Enjoy...:D

Homemade Garlic Parmesan Rolls..:D

All You Need:

Pizza dough
3 tsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper
Parsley leaves chopped
Cilantro leaves chopped

METHOD:

Make the dough same as that of pizza (Recipe in my blog)...:D do not cut it into 4 pieces, instead roll it with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape...:)


In a bowl add butter, garlic and ginger


Spread the butter mixture on the dough, also add cheese...:D


Add the seasonings to it.. which are Parsley, Cilantro, Salt & Pepper...


Brush one end with water so that the dough sticks...


Roll the dough from the other end...


Chop off both the ends...(they are just dough nothing else) Now cut the roll into 8 pieces...:D


Just pick them up and place them on the baking sheet (top open)


Brush it up with oil...:)


Bake them at 400 degrees for 20-25 min or until brown...:D

Homemade Pizza

All You Need:

Pizza dough (For Recipe: http://asthasrecipes.blogspot.com/p/pizza-dough.html )
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato puree
Crushed garlic
Basil leaves
Salt & Pepper
Roundly sliced Tomatoes
sliced onions
Mushrooms
Chicken

METHOD:

Take the pizza dough (this is the fresh dough I made) and brush it up with oil...


Add tomato puree (if you have pizza sauce you can use it)


As  I used tomato sauce so I added crushed garlic and chopped basil leaves...


Add Corn meal flour to the baking sheet...


Place the pizza on the top of the baking sheet and sprinkle some cheese (preferably mozzarella)


Add all the veggies you want...:)


If you don't want chicken skip this step else add chicken and add Cheese Mozzarella and parmesan...


Sprinkle salt, pepper and oil...


Bake it at 350 degree for 7 min on the bottom of the oven rack and then for 7 min on the top of the oven rack....:)




You're fresh Pizza is ready...:D Garnish with Oregano and chili flakes..:) (Mind the funny pizza shapes I made :P) Njoiii..:D

Kadhai Paneer

Most amazing Kadhai Paneer...:D


All You Need:

Paneer (I had my homemade paneer)
1/2 Sliced/chopped Onion
6-7 tsp Tomato puree
1 sliced green bell pepper
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
Cumin seeds
1 chopped green chili
Salt to taste
red chili powder

METHOD:

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add the paneer slices to it, cook until they are a little brown...:D Once done remove them from the pan and keep them aside...



In the same pan again heat 2 tsp oil, add cumin seeds and onions cook until brown...


Add green bell peppers and cook them for a little while...


You can add ginger garlic paste in the beginning with cumin seeds or as I did right now upto you...:)


Add the tomato puree and let the tomatoes cook...:)


Mix it well and add salt and red chili powder, also add green chilies...


Now add the Paneer to the masala...


Cook them for 2-3 min with  a lid, mix them well and they are ready to be served...:)

Masala Dosa with Coconut Chutney

Dosa is a south Indian dish.. Pretty simple to make and delicious to eat..:D


All You Need:

For Dosa:
3 cup rice
1/2 cup Channa dal (Available at Indian store)
1 cup udad Dal (Available at Indian store)
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp Ginger grated 

Masala For Dosa:
3 Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Sarson (Mustard seeds)
1 Sliced Onion
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Coconut Chutney:
1 cup coconut flakes
3 tsp kaale channe (Black chickpea) (soaked in water for 3-4 hrs)
2 green chilies (cut down to 1 chili if you don't want it to be spicy)
7-8 tsp Milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sarson (Mustard seeds)
1 tsp oil

METHOD:

For Chutney:
In a Mixer add coconut flakes...


Then add pre-soaked Black chickpeas...


Then add green chilies & milk, grind it to form not too thick and not too thin paste...(you can add more milk accordingly)


In a pan heat oil and add Sarson (Mustard Seeds)...


When the seeds start to pop add the coconut mixture to it and mix well...


Cook for 5-7 min...let the mixture cool down
Best when served cold...:D


FOR MASALA:
In a pan add 2 tsp oil and sarson...:D


Add sliced onions and cook until a little brown...


Cut the boiled potatoes and add them to the pan, also add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder...


Mix them well, cover it for 4-5 mins and let it cook....


Remove the lid and mash some of the potatoes (roughly)


Ready to be served...:D

FOR DOSA:

Add Rice, channa dal and udad dal in a Grinder, add a little water and grind it well...


 Form a paste...


Now add pinch of salt and ginger..:D


In a non stick pan add 2 tsp oil, spread the batter to form a thin, round shape...


Cook from both sides...


Take handful of the potato mixture and place it on the dosa..:D


Now wrap the dosa...


Enjoy it with the coconut chutney now..:D 



You can make any Masala and add it to your dosa...:D I added Chicken Masala to my Dosa..;) (same method add chicken and capsicum instead of potatoes)
