Dahi Bhalle..:D

All You Need:

For Bhalle:
1 cup Urad dal
8-10 almonds
5-6 raisins
Pinch of salt & red chili powder

For Dahi (Curd):
3 cups Plain Yogurt
1 cup Milk
5-6 tsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Pinch of Red chili powder 
1/2 tsp Cumin powder

For Chutney:
Little bit Tamarind
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chili powder

SERVES: 4

METHOD:

For Bhalle:

Dip the dal in water overnight, Grind the dal into not too thick and not too thin paste...



Add rest of the ingredients to it and mix it well


Heat oil for frying in a pan, Pickup Handful of the mixture...


Drop it into the frying pan...


Fry it till it's golden brown from both sides...



Drop the golden brown bhallas into cold water so that water soaks the oil and makes it spongy...



For  Curd:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and your curd is ready to be served ..:)


Make sure the Curd is little sweet...:D

For Chutney:

Dip the tamarind in a bowl for 1-2 hrs...


Mash the pulp with hands and make it smooth...


Heat a pan, and strain the water from the tamarind to it add rest of the ingredients to it and boil till the mixture thickens...:)



Make sure the chutney is little spicy, tangy and sweet at the same time...(adjust the quantity of ingredients accordingly)



In a plate put 2-4 bhallas, top it with with Dahi and Chutney, also sprinkle some cumin powder, salt & pepper and Serve...:D
