It's pretty much same like scrambled eggs so instead of using eggs you can use shredded Paneer (Indian cheese)
All You Need:
700 grams Shredded paneer
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
1 chopped green bell pepper
2 Chopped Green Chilies
2 chopped green onion
Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Herbs
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Crushed Mint
Chopped Cilantro leaves
Salt & Pepper
1 Chopped Onion

1 tsp red chili powder

METHOD:
In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds wait for them to pop and then add onions, cook until brown...
Now add bell peppers & green onions cook well and then add tomatoes, when soggy just mash them and mix them with the other mixture...
Add paneer on the top and mix well...
Now add all the seasonings i.e. Garam Masala, Herbs, Mint, Chili powder, Salt and Pepper
Njoi it with Roti or Bread with a little ketchup...:) :)
